Question Clutch issue! I need your help!

I recently replaced my clutch with a Spec Stage 2 clutch assembly. I had a clutch shop install it. Ever since then, I've been having issues (mostly in the morning, or when the engine is cool) trying to shift into any gear from a dead stop (i.e. first and reverse).

Now, I would no doubt take it back to them to get it fixed. But they are closed anytime I can take it to them. I thought all I would need to do is bleed the clutch. So I did... Yet I am still having the same issue.

Does anyone have a suggestion of what it could be?

Does it grind or just flat out refuse to go in?

It won't even engage. I have to push real hard to get it to even go into gear.
