Evo4 manifold and turbo on evo 3

Hello im hoping someone can help me i have an evo3 that has to be made legal so my question is is it possible to mount a evo 4 exhaust manifold in a evo3 and find a turbo that I turned around or some where I can find a evo 3 manifold and stock turbo hopefully in Europe
in advance thanks

An Evo 4 manifold on an Evo 3 would have the turbo pointing through the radiator. It would involve a lot of fabrication to install and work, far more than it's worth. Find a DSM/Evo123 solution, they're not expensive.

Yes that's what I thought also the problem for me is that it has to be oem for me to get it street legal that means I have to find a oem evo 1-3 turbo and manifold and that is very hard en Europe and I have tried and now don't know where to look and if I find them in us it will triple the cost just en tax and shipping because of Danish stupid rules 🤣🤣🤣
