Turbo Protector/Heat Shield Removal

Can you pull the turbo protector/heat shield (whatever you want to call it) and install a new one without removing the radiator or front bumper? It doesn't look too hard but I'm concerned that the bolts might not have enough clearance to be put back in even if I can get them out.

Yes you can. May have to use a wrench on the front bolt but there is room.

The heatshield? I would remove the radiator. I replace my radiator when some random mechanic bends the rad fins you can try to protect it with a piece of cardboard

I should have mentioned the cardboard, I always do that.
