SAFC Wiring diagram
SAFC Wiring diagram
hi guys...
just got a used SAFC and fields harness.. some of the connections to the fields harness dont seem right... as per instructions here: http://www.automotosports.com/evo3_test.asp
and http://www.automotosports.com/EVO_ECU.asp
The guy who i bought the unit from has the AFC's "Blue" wire tapped into pin 76 .. AMS's instructions dont state using the Blue wire and the AFC instructions state the Blue wire is used for a different cars
I also noticed the AFC's "Green" (RPM) is tapped into Pin 58 while AMS instructions state to tap Pin 89
all the other connections seem correct as the White and Yelow wires are not used..
mainly does anyone have a 100% correct AFC wiring diagram.. i did a search and couldnt come up with one!
just wanted someones opinion before i instal this on my car...
thnaks for reading!

While the blue wire isn't "technically" used in our car, it can easily be hooked up to read O2 voltage--pin #76.
Pin #58 is correct for the RPM wire.
