I just installed my E-01 while installing the vacuum hose on the actuator i accidently over torqued the hose clamp and bend the actuator's nipple. I doubt I cracked it or caused a leak.

Once everything is installed the car runs fine but eveytime I press on my throttle 3/4 or full, the boost will bounce back and forth between 18-20 none stop untill I let off my throttle. What could be wrong?

E01 setting: 60-set
23-gain
target boost: 20.5psi

Also my E01 ticks pretty loud when boosting is this normal?
