BG Synchroshift??

BG Synchroshift??

hey, i ordered some BG synchroshift fluid to help my 3-4 gear grind, anyway it came today and i had a couple of questions...
1. the bottle says for FRONT WHEEL DRIVE, does that matter?
2. is it easy or should i get a shop to do it
3. if it is easy, where can i find out or how do i do it?

1. No ,it doesn't matter if it says front wheel drive
2. Youll need jack stands 15/16 wrench for the drain and 17mm for the fill plug which is located 6-7' from the drain bolt facing the front of the car
3. do a search---- trans fluid---- if not use a pump any auto parts should carry it.

iIf your experiencing 4th gear grinds, this might not fix your prob. A well known shop told me this. It might help a little if its not to severe. High rpm grinds above 4500rpms? 4th & 5th gear syncros are the weakest because they only have single syncros compared to 1st-3rd ( triple,double ) they are not meant to be shifted fast cuz if you grind it bad, thats it .
