I believe the new shipment of DP's they got in resolved that issue with the rattling. If anyone needs one let me know...

The rear hanger will break off in ~15k miles, just as my Ultimate Racing unit did. The hanger right before the muffler, it needs another bracket coming down to the pipe, as UR's new design does.

Looks like I will be putting a 2nd Generation Megan TB system on until I get my own design up and going (if ever).

94TurboGT, where did you get your O2 sensor bung to get welded into the exhaust? I just put mine on yesterday along with a helix downpipe and testpipe, didnt get the burnt tip for some reason though. I also got the CEL, but no immediately. I'll probably do the electrical fix for that. The power gain is VERY noticeable, I'd say at least 20whp w/ my turboback setup. No chattering coming from the exhaust at all, but it is a little droning at low speeds. I usually just go into a higher gear. If it gets too annoying you can always put in the silencer.

no dyno yet, we have a local awd one that just got setup this summer/fall though. probly do it next spring.

the local dsm shop carries stainless o2 sensor bungs, but i dont know where they get them. im sure if you cant find them local, you could get them online.
i agree about the gains, going from stock to a full 3" exhaust made a huge difference.

just a heads up, i used to have a civic hatch and went to megan racing and they are some of the shadiest FKERS on the planet, they are like blanket salesmen in tijuana, they say some BS price and you laugh and start to walk away and theyre like no,no,no come back how about .... to bad to because they have the potential to be a sleeper as far as price vs. performance
