boost question

this may be a repeat question., but here it goes:
i have a manual boost controller and it used to stay pegged at 19.5lb now that it is warmer out the gauge is now reading 18.9lbs. my question is does the now warmer weather have an effect on my boost? also with warmer weather will there be a bit of boost fallout at higher rpms at wot?
thanks

Metal expands an contracts, plus cooler air is more dense, and if you mave more dense air, the pressure increases.
