To Claudius - Few Evo Tech Q's
To Claudius - Few Evo Tech Q's
Claude,
Thanks for the tips on the tyres. Ordered a set of 4 Potenza RE 711' 235/45. Got only two tires so far and the other two coming next week. I fitted the two I got in the rear. However I am not to keen to drive the car as everyone says it is not advisable to drive with two different sizes in the front and the rear (front 225 rear 235) as it could damage the diff. So my baby is parked at home till the front tires are also available.
I have 3 things I need to clarify:
(1) I bought Original MMC AYC Oil. Is it sufficient to change just the AYC torque transfer mechanism oil and leave the reservoir bleeding for now (not to keen to let my mechanic mess with the bleeding without MUT II)?
(2) Also what kind of oil (brand/rating) do you use for the rear diff? and same for the front diff?
(3) What manual transmission oil do you recommend?
Thanks
Diyath

I'm not an AYC specialist I'm afraid.
