Question Spark plug questions

Here are some pictures of the spark plugs I removed from my car at 20K miles. They were very fouled with carbon or unburned fuel due to running very rich.

I cleaned them using carburetor cleaner and a brass bristle brush. I thought I'd change the plugs I got in the car now because I think that the plugs in there now are probably more fouled than these were since the car has been running waaay to rich for a while.....

What is the chance that these plugs are good enough to try to use? Also, what should the gap be to match my mods
