EVO has dificulty shifting

After I changed the clutch on my EVO. Shifting has been kind of rough when running cold.

But this morning, even after warming up the car it was very hard to get it into gear.

Can bad gear oil be t he culprit, or I have a internal problem.

When I rev up the car and shifting, it goes in smoothly...

Should I change the gear oil, if yes what is recommended???

Have you adjusted the clutch pedal and/or bled the clutch line?

-Check clutch fluid level
-Try stainless steel clutch lines
-Don't rest your palm on the shifter, even a slight pressure may cause the synchronizer cones to get mis-aligned.
