Where to go from here

Well, I ordered my turboback exhaust from Rnr racing today (02 Elim dp). I also have the k&n typhoon, plus a forge recirc BOV. I have the blitz DTT turbo timer with built in boost gauge, but it reads in hKpa. First off, I was wondering, with this setup, exhaust and all, would I be safe to buy a mechanical boost gague and if so what boost level would I run? Or, should I wait a little bit and purchase the S-AFC II fuel controller before. I hear stories and have read stories of detonation and spark retardation that scare me, and have yet to read of a purely safe boost level beyond 19.5 boost, which, sadly is stock. So, what do you recommend I do from here? Go for it, wait for fuel computer, or a comepletely different upgrade? I have money, but I want to wait for a few more paychecks before I drop on a fuel system. I need advice, my old OZ was alot easier to tune b/c we were sans turbo back then...any takers?
