reason for totaling it after frame damage is becasue the insurance company is held liable for that part holding up for the lifetime of the car... and if its a safty issue they do not want to run any risk of future failure.

Fixed mine with frame damage and it drives great. The frame area that was bent was at the rear and after straitening the body the frame rails were removed and replaced.

is there minor fram damage in the front and back? some companys will just total a car if there is major frame damage to the front.. the rear is easier to put on a fram machine and twist back.. but yes.. they never seen to drive the same again if you are really picky about how the car drives.. so if youare.. then see if they being yours or the person who hit you insurance company will total the car and cut you a check
I would assume some of your mods you got from me are now damaged
but thats ok dog.. now the insurance company can buy new ones for you from me and il give them the jewstick
only kidding..but they can pay for your new ones.-Aaron
If it is just minor, as in then of the front rails, it doesn't matter.
Any good body shop can straighten it with a frame rack.
My question is, how did you rear end someone as the last car when you potentially have braking ability of 99% of the cars on the road?
