Installing SAFC - little confused...

I got SAFC with harness (thank god) i dont have to split the stock ECU wires
other wires are allready connected and secured with electrical tape good but
well the only thing is: i got White, Blue, Yellow - not connected at all to the harness, and Green (RPM Signal) wire is connected but it splits and where should it go i have no idea, the guy who sold it says : that should be connected to OPEN socket under steering column? HUH? i don't get it....

1) so where green should go from the harness
2) do not connect Blue Yellow and White at all????

thanks

btw, go to Apexis website http://www.apexi.com and download the instruction manual you need, then go on over to http://www.roadraceengineering.com and you can find the pinout diagram for the stock computer wiring, use these two together and im sure you can get it going in no time. Also one last thing, you may want to solder as just taping or using a wire tap may not result in a great connection hendering operation of the SAFC. Good luck.
