Car being a retard
Friend came in to work today and showed me his plugs...so i took mine out to compare and mine looked awesome...Put them back in and now the car doesn't run well at all- has a misfire in cylinder 3...Spark and fuel getting to all 4 cylinders so what the hell is going on?
There could be a number of things going on. I'm guessing you checked the ignition wires are back on in the right sequence (dummy Q, but ask me why I'm asking ...). Following that and if it's just a misfire in one cylinder, could you have nudged that plug while it was out and maybe screwed up the gapping? Could it have got crap on it while you were handling it? Did any crap from around the plug hole drop into the cylinder? Does the ignition wire sit firmly on the plug? Any damage to the iginition wire?
I'd start by pulling the plug and check the gap.
Just some thoughts and good luck.

Like i said...spark getting to all 4 plugs- compression is awesome
nothing fell in the holes or anything...Have myself and 3 of my friends clueless as to what is wrong...
My guess is that there is a loose connection from pulling the boot off- it may be getting spark- just not enough
but it was towed to the dealer- so we'll see what happens there

The ONLY thing you did was undo the plugs and wires? Did you remove all 4 at once to show your friend?
If it is getting spark, and it is getting gas, you should be good to go....unless
a. You didn't put the plug wires back in place correctly...ie mixed up the plug wires for cyl 3 and 4....
b. Screwed up the plug gap.
c. Didn't properly torque down the plug for cyl #3.
d. Ruined the plug for cyl 3.
If you still had the car in your posession, I would have suggested that you move the plug from cyl 3 over to one of the other cylinders to see if the problem was caused by that particular plug.

Chances are the porcelain is cracked from removal/installation. People don't realize how delicate a spark plug is. I won't use a plug if it is dropped even 3 inches. That is all it takes to crack it and therefore cause a misfire. This is one of the reasons they put that rubber cusion in the sockets.
