simple question on bov's

after installing gfb bov, the first thing that came to mind is water coming into engine bay from hood vent and getting into the bov from the opening and destroying the engine. now does anybody know if this is possible? the bov is pointing up on an angle about 45 degrees.

just for some thread highjackers the bov is running fine no stalling, or bogging.

it's possible if you are running an aftermarket intake system which takes out the stock ram air system. my stock ram air piece is covering my gfb, so no worries here.

yeah i thought that too so i decided to wet the car, not trying too intentionally wet the vent and then i opened the hood and found some water on the funnel of the bov.

im thinking that the piston is always closed, and when it opens the air is coming out so hard that it would not let the water get in, maybe

anybody else have any thoughts on this subject.
