Stock Boost Control problems?

Does anyone experience any problems with there stock boost controller? I am dynoflashed and have all of the mods in my Sig. I use to run a joe-p mbc then a greddy profec b-spec 2(didn't have much luck with the greddy). I went back to stock since I got the dynoflash and I am pretty positive everything is hooked up correctly.
Ok, here is what's going on. On most days when the weather is nice and it is cool out my boost will hold at 19-20psi all the way to redline with very little initial spiking. Now when it is hot out or pretty humid I will only hold at the most 16-17psi. This past weekend I was only holding 15psi!!!!! I really would like to get an HKS EVC V, but those are kind of pricey at the moment for me. Any advice would be appreciated. If anyone has pics of the stock boost hoses that might help me out also so I can check to make sure it is hooked up properly.

Thanks

You'll generally boost a bit higher in cooler weather, but there should only be 1-2 PSI of difference, not 5!
