Buscher downpipe question?

Sorry David. The welds were fine. I meant they were not pretty like my exhaust can. It doesn't matter, you cannot see them under there. My main reason for selling it is the flex problem. The person I sold it to has it on his car and loves it. I gave him a good deal, so the product did not go to waste.

I never recieved the new bolts or instructions I was also the one that had the flange that was welded on incorrectly and it took me 2 hours to fix it. Why can you not use the springs bolts on the 2.5 downpipe when connecting it to the turbo manifold.

Where did you get the downpipe from? Us directly, used or a dealer? The flange was welded on incorrectly? Something doesn't sound right, if it was welded on incorrectly then it would have had to been cut off and rewelded.

The spring bolts don't hold the downpipe to the 02 housing tight enough to seal it, that is why they come with the bolt kit.

SinCityEVO, wish I had known about the flex concern. Like I say, we just set-up to put flexes in them for guys that want them. Like to have seen our exhaust stay on our car.
