Mods & fuel efficiency (mpg)

Hey, how does mods affect your fuel efficiency. I know that intake increases your mpg, but what about exhaust, ecu, manifolds, intercooler, cams and such?

depends on your set up of course. if its tuned correctly there should be nothing to worry about
