I was looking at my turbo while installing new IC pipes and grabed the shaft bolt and tried to move it, it didn't go in or out but it did move side to side slightly. I didn't measure the movement but I would guess around .5MM , barely noticable with my eye but I could feel it with my fingers. The compressor blades look fine. Didn't see where it contacted the housing and there aren't knicks on the blades.
Anybody know if this is bad?

 

I would think .010'' play would be the max. around 1/4 mm each side .
