Helix cat delete pipe install question...

I have a version 2 Helix cat delete pipe. It comes with four pieces of wire to extend the 02 sensor wiring, but I was wondering why you even have to move the sensor up?

I realize the extended bung in the cat delete pipe will eliminate check engine lights, but I'd rather put a spark plug anti-fowler on the 02 sensor where it is now, and forego extending the 02 sensors wiring.

Would this work?

-Sean

P.S. If none of this makes sense, please let me know, I'll try my best to clarify (long day of work)

Yes, it would work. Just make sure you plug up the bung on the delete pipe.

Yeah, there is a plug included with the test pipe.

Has anyone actually tried out the anti-fouler? It seems like it works pretty well...

Bad News: The Helix Version 2 Cat Delete Pipe will not prevent a CEL. The spark plug anti foulers and the 02 sensor won't fit in the stock location.

Good News: The spark plug anti foul trick works in the helix cat delete pipe 02 bung.

you can re-route the wires. you have to take out the passenger seat, remove some trim, and pull up a section of the carpet. there's a how to in the how to section. you might be able to make it fit the stock location if you use just one spark plug anti fouler. but it might not trick the ecu. i would try that first cuz its e-z and it might work.
