Unhappy Stock Diverter Valve clamp problem

Once a Evo owner post a topic "free hp tightening one clamp"
This clamp is located at the stock diverter valve.
I tightened that clamp and felt immediately an improvement in power and throttle response. After one month more or less my car started to lose that power, I thought that was the gas quality but I decided to tighten that clamp again and for my surprise it wasn't tightened. I decided to tighten again and the hp came back.

My question:
Do I have to maintain that clamp tightened? if yes
What Do you suggest?

Pull them off and purchase some Tbolt clamps, they hold much better and have a locking nut on the end of them so they won't come loose. Usually they cost 4-5 bucks a peice but they are well worth the money.

Thank you!
Do you have a Tbolt clamp photo? or maybe a link where I can buy...
