So i went to my local AWD dyno the other day to figure out where im at in terms of power and got a fairly good rating at 215.5 HP/215tq. Considering the tech said that there is a 15% number drop on that particular dyno than on other ones. So according to the guys at KTR Performance, my car would have read 250+ hp and 250+ tq on any other dyno...not bad, but...around 3500 RPM something strange happened my boost peaked just under 19(as was expected) but then dropped immeadiately to 17ish bounced up a little, fell down to 17 again, and then peaked over 19 at 4500 rpm only to fade to about 14 by redline...this entire "hiccup" also caused my hp and torque curves to look the way they do, with that funny dent in the same rpm range. I have no idea why this happens but i know it isnt normal considering the charts that i saw on vishnu tuning's site http://www.vishnutuning.com/lancer.htm
any ideas on what happened, the only engine based mods on my car are samco intercooler/intake hoses and a turbo back exhaust.
