I need some tips!

I just installed my HKS exhaust and walbro fuel pump. I'm having my HKS racing suction intake installed and a hallman pro mbc installed along with a boost gauge. I will be getting my flash done by DYNOFlash. MY question is, when my boost controller and intake are installed won't the ecu try to lower the boost because of the intake sucking in more air. Do I need to ajust the boost before and after I install my flashed ecu. Sorry I just comfused a bit. Any help would be appreciated.

No becasue when your mbc is installed the ECU won't be seeing any boost at all since the stock solinoid won't even be hooked up, just cap it to keep dirt out.

Yest adjust it before and after the ecu is flased, also adjust it in the summer and winter as well as after any parts are added and removed... all those will affect boost pressure
