Angry WTF is wrong w/ my RNR Carbon/Ti TBE???

Before I start ranting, I wanted to know, is stuff such as clamps/gaskets/flanges tc. supposed to be included? Because I didn't see any clamps/gaskets when I opened mine. The things I got were all in the pics I attached, which are the DP, high-flow cat, midpipe and the axleback.

Anyways, the problems. We were test-fitting the TBE and the end of the midpipe does not slip into the axleback. As you can see one end of the pipe (left) is streched out and the other side not.
We reversed the pipe but then the high-flow cat would not fit.

Then, another problem. The weld around the 02 sensor bung has 2 holes on it and you can see it from the inside of the pipe. I'll try to get pics for the holes later but this is a disappointment from RnR. I needed to have the exhaust done this previous weekend but now I'm planning to have Mufflex in Trenton, NJ to fix the problems and also to put the exhaust on hopefully this week.

No, hopefully he will call us today so we can help him out.
There is a slight trick to get the pipes together. They are really tight, but once they together they fit like a glove. As you can see from the pic the quality looks really good. We have been selling a lot of these Carbon/TI systems.

We also use a downpipe flange and the rest slip fits. We can add flanges to the system for a small fee, but it just weighs more.
