With a complete engine rebuild Im sure it can be done however the turbo will be working very hard to put out the neccessary cfm.

I haven't seen it yet. I am on the high end of a stage 1+ vishnu with 320 whp. I don't see an 80 whp increase with the stock turbo or I would have done it already. I would say that 350 would be near the top of the stock turbos theoretical output.

IMHO 400whp is not a meaningful goal by itself if only because of dyno variance. I am sure there is some dyno that will tell you you are making 400whp!

I think 119mph or 120mph trap speed (at some set of "standard" ambient conditions) might be a more meaningful goal, what do you think?

not without the EMS. kcevo has 411whp, and 400wtq on stock turbo, but he has ems i'm pretty sure. doug from boost solutions made 396whp with the ems and stock turbo, it can be done, but it's rare

perhaps with some very hugh cam overlap youd be able to get enough torque at a very high rpm to equate to about 400. Depends on the dyno
