Just got an RPS clutch installed two weeks ago and my 4th gear grind went away

When the stock clutch was removed the disc was still good and flywheel was not glazed. What went bad was the pressure plate. Once my RPS clutch was broken in I no longer get grind going into 4th. The problem appears to be related to the preassure plate not holding. I also had a hard time going into 4th gear and now it is as smooth as butter.
