hey guys i just need some torque specs on a few parts that im gonna install this week

exhaust manifold
turbo
turbo outlet

and i also needed the torque specs for our rims AKA lugnuts

im gonna be installing a
JIC manifold
TD05HRA-16G6-10.5T turbo
and heilx turbo outlet

im not sure if it matters what parts i use i think the stock torque specs should be fine if not please let me know thanks
