WTF not this again !!!

Ok a while back i was hitting 21 psi in 2nd and mainly 3rd gear at WOT.i had the dealer install a new boost solenoid. Now it hits 22 psi should i just get a MBC so it will control this spiking?

if you like your warranty, I wouldn't do that. Take it back to them stating the issue, the boost spike, that way it's documented that you noticed the issue and raised it to the dealer. Then the ball is in their court on how to deal with it.

i already did this they replaced it under warranty the new solenoid.

I understand, but basically tell them the problem still exists, and obviously the solenoid didn't fix it. Give them a chance to try something else. You have a documented problem; if you try and fix it yourself and the turbo surges and fraps the motor they will try to void the warranty due to the boost controller. As long as you keep coming back to them for the fixes, you will be OK warranty wise. Then in the event of a motor popping, you are covered that they knew the issue was there beforehand, and you did everything in your power (under the warranty agreement) to remedy it.

We have warranties for this car? My rep said they ran out so I had to buy the car w/out one...lol
