does anyone else notice how off-center that IC is? the gap on the left (passenger side) is larger than the right (drivers side).

That is nice! I wanted to buy your old style intercooler until I found out you had to cut the lower tray. When will this new intercooler be available with the shorter lower piping as a complete kit?

I think so too. If you look at the core in relation to the slots in the bumper cover above the IC opening, it looks centered.

Again, does this IC allow access to the tow hook?

I also think the pic is missing the wire mesh cover, which will change the look a bit.

Kit design looks great,I would say the deluxe design is better since you get more flow to the radiator and eliminate a bunch of bends, but this is a good alernative to the guys that dont want to cut the undertray

I leave mine off, think it cools everything better but that just me

Good job guys looks great..

Yes, the outlet tank is totally different now. You can clearly see this from the picture on their website. It is now just like any other intercooler for the EVO.

Man, it looks sharp!

Please make a shorter piping lower ic hard pipe kit for it like the deluxe has. SP rules allow lower hard pipe kits.

I don't really folow everyone's questions here...

If you want the short piping, buy the deluxe kit, don't ask for it with this kit. If you want to avoid modding your stock undertray, buy this standard kit. It's really pretty simple... unless you want short piping without modding the undertray... if that's the case I don't know what to tell ya.
