EVO HKS BOV with Pipe kit HELP!!!!!

I have the HKS SSQV Bov kit that comes with the piece of the upper pressure pipe. I installed all of this on my evo and in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear if u just roll on the gas anything over 4Grand then put the clutch in to shift the RPM's jump to over 6grand as i grab the next gear then it lurches foreward, is this because i am NOT RECIRCULATING my boost????? I have NO IDELING PROBLEMS!

I ran a turbo xs rfl and had none of these problems, only with the HKS Setup???

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks...
