Poll: Which Motor Oil do you use or recommend?
 

I am planning on switching motor oil in the near future, and want to get a feel for what other evo owners are using to replace mobil 1

edit - I think i am going to try some amsoil....


I am sure its not all the motor oils, but i think i listed most of the popular kinds used in the evo


Post up your choice of oil and its viscosity grade
ie Mobil 1 10w30 (this is what i use now)

I like schaeffer oil

I use this as well. There is nothing wrong with it and it is recommended for our vehicles.

Olive oil and put some good stuff..yummy! jk

Still amazes me the number of people who use RP. You guys should REALLY UOA this stuff and look at indy tests. It's complete ****e.

I use what is recommended and labeled inside the engine compartment - Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w30. {thumbup}

As recommended by Mitsubishi, 10W-30 Mobil 1. Not the most expensive and certainly not cheap.

MOBIL 1 SYN 10w-30
if its cold out ill go 5w-30

Castrol RS 10w60 (yep we need that around here)
