Can't decide on my next power upgrade

First off, I read this site a LOT. So, don't tell me to search.

I drive the car pretty much everyday. It's got close to 110K miles on the odometer. I autocross and do about one track day per year. I'm looking for bang-for-the-buck and livability. What should I do next? I'm looking for suggestions from those with tested (hopefully unbiased) data. I think I'd like to keep the stock airbox unless you can convince me otherwise.

Intercooler piping next?

2003 Evo 8 GSR
Current modification list:
3" exhaust; DP, HF cat(or test pipe), cat-back
Walbro FP
MBC
272I/264E GSC cams w/ stock gears
Innovate LC1
Boost gauge
ECUFlash (self tuned w/ tephra mods)

Thanks in advance for the help. This place is the best.

10.5 Hotside or Megan o2 housing

You can get both parts for under $250 (used) install at the same time and gain 20whp.

Epm 02 and maybe springs/coilovers?

My biggest concern with that is rusty bolts. With 110K miles on the stock stuff, that might be a nightmare job. Thoughts?

tires

ported TB, exhaust manifold, 02housing, 10.5 hotside, and LICP. get optimal use out of those cams. thats the route im going on anyway.

PB blaster?

What about a IX turbo setup? Add a o2 housing, intercooler piping, etc should net great gains and not break the bank.

I really wish I could delete posts in a thread that I create. In a thread entitle "Can't decide on my next power upgrade" in the "Engine/Turbo/Drivetrain" forum, I've already had springs/coilovers and tires suggested. WTF? If this was about handling, I'd mention that I have Megan street coilovers, whiteline swaybars and 3 sets of stock rims with various tires. I hate clutter. So, please try to stay on topic... which is POWER.

I agree with this but if you don't mind spending the money then get the evo 9 turbo.

Impact Gun will definitely help and can be had for around 60 bucks for a decent one.

Why not go with a FP Red or Green? The 9 is over a grand new, right?

I have one of those. And I'd make sure to have some PB Blaster on hand.

If you want a Brand New Evo 9 Single Puck 10.5 never installed Hotside let me know. I have one OEM Mitsubishi Part from EVO 9. I bought it to upgrade my Evo 8 9.8 housing but today I just ordered an Evo 9 20G turbo which has the same hotside. If you are interested let me know. $200 plus SH

Bushur Sell it for $295. Save $100 and get it ported.
