Don't bleed the clutch with a motive power bleeder.

Although its awesome for the brakes, the motive power bleeder does not work with the clutch. My clutch petal went to the floor and would not come back up after I bled the cluch. I had to do it the manual way, push clutch down open bleeder screw, close bleeder screw, pull clutch back up with my hand. I had to do it about 5 times before the clutch started to feel springy again. Lesson learned.

I used one and had no issues.

You probably somehow got air in the line while doing the bleeding.
I always check the brake fluid reservoir is at max level before doing the clutch line.

I did 2 clutches on NTEC's last mod day with a power bleeder...no problem.
