What are the best injectors out there?

Gonna be upgrading fuel injectors and fuel pump so I can go E85. Anyone have input on what injectors are the best around or if I should go with 1050cc, one of my buddy's is running 1050's on stock turbo, hes verry satisfied on the powered he gained from E85. Just want diffferent input from people.

It seems to be a personal preference between the Injector Dynamics and FIC Bluemax. I'm about to tune my stock turbo on FIC BlueMax 1450's and E-85. Bought them that big so I can still use them for a while on the 6262 when it goes on. Keep in mine E-85 requires about 30% more fuel than pump gas.

Get either the ID1000s or the ID2000s depending on how much power you want to make. If your staying on the stock turbo the ID1000s are plenty. They arent cheap but the car will run soo well on them its amazing.

Im running the ID2000s on E85 and making over 700 wheel and the car can drive down the road like stock!

I might bre going with the FIC. What do you know about the clinic injectors any goog? And yes I think Im gonna stick to 1050cc just incase I upgrade turbo.

i have fic 1100s i am very pleased with them.....

ID2000's here and they work really well. I have plenty of flow for E-85, but my 93 pump map still idles just great on them. Not cheap, but well worth it and they will definitely be the last injectors you will ever need.

i hear the fic bluemax are really good with e85

FIC/PTE injectors. Have had my PTE's for 80,000 miles and when I pulled them out last they looked like new, and continue to work great.

Sounds good Im planning on doing two maps too. So how does that work when you wanna fuel from E85 to 93?

You can use the tephra v7 mod and have a trigger setup, like many with 8's use their IC spray button. I just hooked up the BR map switch (I have an extra one if you need it) and flip the switch whenever I want to swap fuels. Just make sure that you are below a quarter of a tank with the previous fuel so you don't have some really crazy dilutions.

It works great and makes the car much better for DD use when you are taking long trips. I almost always use E-85 full time, but you never know when you might need to take the car somewhere where no ethanol will be around.

Couldnt have put it better same reason I want to do both. And what is this BR your talking about?

Does anyone know if ID1000's perform well on normal pump gas (98 octane here in NZ)?

Or are they most suited for E85?

Bosch EV14's are used in many OE apps here in Australia so I can't see why they'd be a problem over there .
