JohnBradley's 2011 car update.
Well the 2.4 and 3586 have been alot of fun for the last 2 years on the turbo kit and the last year on the 2.4 liter long rod. It made 794whp at 38psi on E85 from the pump, 648 on 92 octane with no additives.
I tell our customers it seems cars get slow after 30 days and I havent been wrong for awhile. It has taken me a year to get used to it but I have decided that the car no longer feels fast in its daily trim. 15,000 miles at 30-32psi (750whp on the aeroturbine, 715 on the Magnaflow) has treated me well so far but I had to do something. Quick refresher on the build so far- ER LR2.4 9:1 compression Jeff "Bushmaster" Bush ported IX head Stock size Supertech valves (nitrided/inconel) Magnus cast intake manifold GSC 156mm H beam connecting rods GSC custom 12mm camshafts ETS 4" intercooler kit ETS 3.5" exhaust with Magnaflow 3.5" muffler ETS 3586 single scroll kit with .82 A/r T3 FIC 2150cc injectors Magnafuel Protuner 625 fuel pump -6 feed Aeromotive rail, regulator, and pump controller E85 from the pump, not mixed SD with Omnipower 4 bar Cometic .051" HG L19 headtuds ACL bearings And this- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...n/P1010208.jpg Made this- http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/j...r/Aaron794.jpg and this on gas- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...ron648pump.jpg So now its time to step it up- FP 3794, modify the existing O2 housing and WG a bit and see what it will do :) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...n/P1010211.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...n/P1010210.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...n/P1010213.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...n/P1010212.jpg Going to add our new boost actuated dump tomorrow and hopefully be on the dyno (on E85) by Friday. Not sure if I am going for any records, just want over 800 this time on the dyno  Eventually it will all come back apart for phase 3 and some powdercoating but I am going to enjoy it for the summer this way. aaron |

Above 700hp they dont feel slow, just not as fast lol.
|
what radiator will you be running with the 37?
|
Still going to use the stock radiator. Never had an issue with it overheating, it seems to cool better than 90% of whats on the market, never had a HG issue so its still cherry. Best part is its maximum room available in the engine bay.
