ID2000's (high impedence) WITH resistor pack...runs great...?
Guys,
Long story short-I'm running ID2000's and still have the factory resistor pack installed. Car runs/drives/idles great, zero complaints. My question for ID on Tuesday is am I hurting anything...but I can't see how. I can see how imposing too LOW of a resistance on the ECU could hurt it, but def not too high of a resistance. If you have an educated opinion, please post it! Thanks Travis |
You arent inducing a low resistance to the ecu, you are limiting the ammount of voltage to each injector... why would you not just bypass the resistor pack, takes all of 30 minutes...

Yes you can use spoolinup bypass as well

I have zero issues with doing it, I just didn't know it had to be done at the time. I'm just wondering if it will alter the tune.
