Who makes O2 housing that won't crack?
 

Megan O2 housing, no external leaking, but the thin wall between the 2 sides is cracked, near the flange. Will this effect performance?

I like the Invidia built and finish, but I haven't seen any positive review.

Well if it's not leaking it will be ok.....for now. It will however continue to weaken with heat and time. You could pop it off, clean it up, and have someone reTIG it to strengthen it.

Map makes a really good one. If you're looking for a piece of art go with toxicfab.

I have the invidia one and it works great for me! it looks great also.

Invidia is a great one for recirculating O2 housings.

The MAP is a rebranded Megan, or from the same manufacturing place as a Megan unit.

Ive had a Megan and now using a Titek. The quality is much better and is substantially heavier than the megan unit I had.

Works has a cast outlet

How did you find the Titek for power in comparison to the Megan - any difference?

Titek is beautifully made, nicer than all but the Works. However, the little dyno info that is available on these usually favours Works, Megan or Invidia ... however, at least one reputable tuner does not seem to be keen on the Megan.

I have upgraded too many parts from the last setup to really make any fair comparisons.

When I had the megan O2 I had an evo 8 turbo w/10.5, stock cams. I then swapped out to a stock 9 turbo with a titek O2, Tomei 270 cams, and different exhaust.
