Hello,

My name is Raymond Yuson and i'm a sales/tech support rep here at Injen Technology. I just want to inform you all about our newly released parts for your Evo 8. The intake with hard IC piping is available and the other parts are close behind. Please enjoy these pictures and feel free to ask questions.

Nice sharp bends on those pipes. I think I'll stick with my Buschur pipe kit.

MSRP for the intake and IC piping combo is $530.00....Give your dealer a call for the retail price...=)

Appauldd Jun 15, 2004 04:51 PM

will it include the lower piping too??

Mitchubishievo Jun 15, 2004 06:46 PM

Looks nice, but we need performance numbers.

Not bad, especially because I have preconcieved opinions about InJen (Honda Civic). But, the Evo market is VERY tough, typically Dyno numbers and 1/4 times are more important than pictures.

will the intake pipe fit the stock box?

Steve@Evolution Jun 15, 2004 07:42 PM

I already have my Injen intake and upper piping installed in my Evo and I love it. This is the first mod since I bought the car two month ago.
What Amaze me the most is the fitment. Every pipe line up perfectly against each other which took alot of R&D. Good job injen!

What size is the piping?

mitsuorder Jun 15, 2004 11:52 PM

pics aren't working, at least for me they're not

V8EatEr Jun 16, 2004 12:24 AM

yea... pics not working...

Ray@INJEN Jun 16, 2004 10:17 AM

Hey everyone, the pics work here on my side...so i think photobucket was just messing up for a little bit..

-The intake is in the process of being CARB exempt

-The pipe diameter for the EVO intake kit is 3 inch to 4 inch in the middle, then tapers off into 3.25 inch where it goes into the filter.

-This kit contains the upper hard pipe and also hard piping from the throttle body to intercooler.
