BOV's and locations

Hi guys, I just installed the HKS RS intake but also ordered the INjen (to use it's pipes and use the filter as a backup later). I noticed that both the ic pipe and HKS intake pipe have a hole for the bov (Greddy is what I'll be using). Anyone know where I should put the BOV? Is it just preference or is one location better then the other?

Also, while I was installing the Greddy BOV, I noticed two nipples (one which is a screw on). Which is which?

Thanks!!!

I am not posotive but from what I have heard about blow off valves and location. i think for best performance that the closer to the intake manifold the better. Dont hold me to it or if some one wants to corrct me , feel free.
