You see that ^^ ... that is how subaru owners are logging warranty claims....

SOmeone need to come out w/ one for evolutions...

even if some of you say "nothing is wrong, you drive abusive", we need to log this... it will help everyone later on...

remember... mitsubishi had a warranty fiasco a couple years ago... and even a few months ago w/ the FUSO line...

Or if we cant get a separate site something like this :

Here's a quote from the second page I landed on:

This page is just a warning to those who believe they will have a factory warranty when troubles arise. With this page, I will sadly implore you

*DO NOT* purchase a Subaru

unless you are interested in doing business with a company who will not stand behind their product or their warranties on said product, will brush off a loyal, long-term customer with four Subarus in the family at present (16 all told in the past), that will overturn previously paid-out warranty claims, and they will do this all based upon a technicality. Let me present the facts that lead me to this supplication to you now.

I find it interesting suby sends out magz to their customers that show HKS parts available for their STi's and no this is not an aftermarket magazine, its suby licensed.... has all their stock parts as well as new updates on cars and heads up info about the company... Mitsu is just a stupid and poor company, I remember this lady taking in her vehicle a while ago she left the car there a few days after the previous failed attempts and she came back and they didn't do a dang thing to her car, but were trying to bill her... She was like i'm not leaving here until the problem is fixed..... its like HELLLLOO anyone home..... How stupid can one be....

Dealers just assume they can say yes and no to warranty claims, trust me if you fight something all the way to court either they, being the poor company they are, will higher a high priced lawyer so they won't loose in court or just give in... and if enough people take them to court then what are they going to do... spend their revenues on lawyers
haha

That's not good news. Subaru is a successful car company that is on a roll nowadays. As you all know here, Mitsubishi USA is a company that is in deep financial kim-chi (or dog doo, choose your metaphor).

I bought my new RS today with my eyes wide open. Mitsu USA might file for protection under chapter 11 of the US bankruptcy code. Then we owners of new EVOs would be standing in line with all other Mitsu creditors, trying to get our warranty claims paid.

What makes me say this? I am a bankruptcy lawyer with a large international law firm. I have even worked on the bankruptcy of a Korean car comany's US unit. It could happen.
