Got the HKS racing suction.....
I ordered an HKS filter from my cousin in cali. I wanted an HKS super mega flow filter, but instead he got a racing suction kit for only $150. The price of a super mega flow, I guess they made a mistake sending him the wrong filter.
My question is would this be a problem w/ my current setup? ive been reading lots of owners having AF problems once installing the RS kit. I cant have it tuned here, theres no tuner anywhere close to where I live. i know it would sound badass, but dont wanna lose power for sound. what you think?

Youwill need a flash or reflash. Then every thing will be smooth, I have one in my car and everything is smooth. Oh you are in the Philipines. Damm I dont know if you can get one. You will need tuning if you put it on
I got an HKS rs intake without a tune and it seems to run perfect. I don't feel any loss of power or anything, i'm going to be getting a tune in a month anyways so its all good.

sorry but you dont have to, it is not a must do thing. Mine its been on for a year, no other mods and it runs smooth.
I've seen SEVERAL cars make over 450 WHP with the stock airbox and filter. So, pretty much intakes on this car are a waste of money unless you've already done pretty much everything else.

Intakes for the most part help the top end.
Yeah, you can have all the $150 3 WHP gaines you want.
And I never said that it was "worthless", just that it was a waste of money unless you've already covered a lot of the other parts. For instance, not a very wise use of $150 for your first mod. Instead, save another $50 and get a reflash somewhere.
