then they can shove the MSRP up the a$$....assuming i get my money back.....if not....then...that sucks

 

Call MMNA and explain to them in detail and politely the situation to their customer service people.

Even though their contract is written out "Non-Refundable Deposit, if X+Y+Z-C-B-A blah blah blah". IIRC, in most states only services offered can be held with a non-refundable deposit (like photographers, renting out a hall), with actual items (like cars, boats, RV's, homes, etc...) the deposit can be taken back if a BOS hasen't been signed.

Either way call MMNA Customer Relations, remember be polite about the situation when calling in, they'll probably get your deposit back.
