Which evo is the fastest evo ever made? I fastest one i know of is the UKs MR Fq-340. Is there any faster ones, if so, what are the specs on it?

Fq400.. wow very sick car.. from that one article i read isn't it out already??? anyone able to confirm this?... and can anyone explain to me why we dont' get the fq320/340/400 and what no.. i want some justification
