i actually run the ralliart... it's light... never gets hot adds length (which i'm sure you guys think is sacrilege, but the thing is it's good... the extra effort put in from putting in short shift kit is eliminated, but the throw reduction is still retained along with the bolt action shifting. plus it places the shifter closer to the wheel... which makes shifts more... how to put it... less disruptive)

I've got the blue Mitsubishi shift knob...that cost way too much...but still Like it a helluva lot more than stock! I do agree it can get hot in AZ....
