Make sure you don't give into that guy's Insurance lowball offer. Have the body shop strip the vehicle down (front and back) to make sure they see all the damage. The adjuster will look at it too and you want to make sure he sees what the body shop finds. I was rear-ended back in March and I had to fight with my Insurance and the other guy's just to break even on my repairs. Also file an injury claim. Minor whiplash will get you a couple hundred bucks.
