EVO MR GA- nuts

Me and Aras stopped by Ed Voyle Chrysler and Mitsubishi on sunday to check out the Evo MR.

we saw the white evo MR sitting right outside the dealership.

Guess what? The door was open! The dealership isn't open on sundays.

We went in and saw everything. Engine bay and everything.

pretty nice. didn't have the leather package, which was good.

I love the shift knob, nice and real aluminum, 6 speed. BBS wheels are finished real nice, matt grey and they looked real good in person.

If I wasn't an honest man, i would of took a lot of things out of that car. Careless part on the dealership.

I like the MR carpet, the shift boot has a snap that opens and closes for some reason. Everything else is the same except for the ACD button and the gauges.

The IC sprayer is gone and in place there is a pink oil for the differential (I think).

Different radiator, and few other things are different on the engine bay. The BOV was the same as 03-04 evo 8. That plastic thing, which sucked a bit.

Price at $35,900 with $2000 dealer protection package, (which is another name for $10 3m sprayed on your car with detail and wax job) and $800 for HID, Vortex generator, aluminum paddle (which is a good price for it).

Total of $37,900 before tax. Pisses me off about the dealer protection package, because it's something you can't get without. $2000 rape is what that is.

Looked nice.

Just thought I'd share.

Can't believe they forgot to lock it.

I pass Ed Voyles (Cobb Pkwy) everyday and haven't seen an EVO there in months. Is the white MR still there?

Please tell me you locked the door back. When I was up there getting all my recalls done I talked with them and I would need $5k for a down payment to keep my monthly payments the same as they are now.

I like the white on Gun metal look too.

thatd make the dealer look great

i went to a on a sunday afternoon around 3pm (so obviously it was closed) i walked around looking all over the lot for an evo, finally found someones... it was some guy going in for normal repairs... i walk around the car and guess what i find, the keys hanging out of the passanger side door, the lot had a back exit, no camera, and i could of easily took that car for a joy ride, or even stole it and no one would have any idea until the following day IF THAT. luckly, i am an honest man too, put the keys in the mailbox of the place, and locked the car with a note around the keys.
