it's just in-case it fails. It goes with most mitsu model cars.

No biggie. If your fan controller failed, it should of failed already.

I just can't trust the dealership tho... they're so shady, more than other shady dealerships. (all dealerships are shady. they're not your friend and consider them enemies when you talk to them.)

 

Does the fan controller have anything to do with the ECU?

 

What parts are removed, if any, for replacing this unit? I can see easy access from the bottom w/o removing the undertray. I don't want them taking apart my car to get to it.
