living at home goes a long way. prolly doesnt have a girlfriend(not a flame, just an assumption.) no way you can save up that much money if you had a girl friend.

That's great man... those were the days! After college, I lived at home for quite a while to save up $ for a house while I had a great paying fulltime job. My girlfriend (now wife) and I traveled all over the Caribbean, went out to eat all the time. When we got married, we immediately bought a house a bit more than we wanted to pay, but thanks to having saved the down payment made it easy. Now the house has doubled in value and I'm sitting on a ton of equity, etc.

Moral: Don't let anyone tell you living at home in or shortly after college is stupid

I don't think I could do that... too many other toys to buy! And having a GF doesn't help either, but I like buying stuff for her anyways. Now you can mod without worrying about car payments.
