Well got sucked in and bought my cat by pass pipe which sounds awesome and is worth it just for the deeper exhaust note! and also got a SUS blitz air filter which i havent yet fitted cause i cant work out how to remove the airbox .

I have read a tut here which shows fitting an AEM cold air intake and they show them breaking the platic to remove the air flow meter from the box which i dont want to do in fear of mitsubishi voiding my warranty if they see ive changed the air filter or tampered with the box.

Anyone else fitted a filter to there EVO VIII 2004 if so some help would be much appreciated.

 

Go to the "how to" section and do a search. I don't believe you have to break anything.
